Slow & Lovingly Made

Hello. I’m Lizzie, and Betty Silk Studio is the home of all my delightfully slow stitch adventures. After taking part in the Great British Sewing Bee, I’ve been inspired to calm it right down and share my love of sewing and design through workshops, retreats, and journaling / sketchbook kits. This is where it all begins!

I’m available for workshops, talks and bespoke group sessions – please email to enquire about bookings.

Hooked on Colour

Stripes are great. Aren’t stripes just lovely? Like strata in rocks, layers of life piled one on top of the other. Sometimes they clash and fight, other times settle quietly without much noise.
